1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser and reads back on your next visit. The browser’s local storage (localStorage) works much the same way, except it is not sent with every request and stays on your device. This policy covers both.
2. When we ask for consent
Under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications, we may store without consent only what the site needs to work. Everything else — here, traffic measurement alone — is switched on only once you accept it in the bar.
Until you decide, the Google Analytics code is not loaded into the page at all. Closing the bar, or ignoring it, is not consent.
3. What ends up in your browser

There are no advertising, profiling or tracking cookies on this site — no ad network measures anything here and we sell data about you to nobody.
4. Content loaded from other servers
Some parts of the page are fetched from elsewhere. No cookies are created, but the provider learns your IP address — so it belongs here:
- Property videos (YouTube in no-cookie mode, Vimeo, Dailymotion) — the player starts only when you click it. From that moment it may store its own data under its provider’s rules.
- Map tiles (OpenStreetMap data rendered by OpenFreeMap) are routed through our server — the tile provider never sees your IP address.
- The site’s fonts come straight from us; your browser goes nowhere else for them.
- The euro exchange rate is fetched from the Czech National Bank by our server, not by your browser.
5. Changing or withdrawing your choice
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it — this button, at any time. You will also find it in the footer of every page under “Cookie settings”. Measurement stops immediately and Google’s cookies are deleted.
Your browser can manage cookies too — its privacy settings let you delete them, block them or be asked about each new one. Look under Settings → Privacy and security in Chrome and Firefox, Preferences → Privacy in Safari, Settings → Cookies and site permissions in Edge. Blanket blocking will affect other sites besides ours.
6. What happens if you say no
Nothing. The site works exactly the same — listings, filters, map, favourites and forms. We simply will not know which pages help people, and will improve them blindfolded.
